Heart and Soul Massage is based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance.

Nicole Frye graduated from Highland High School in June 2004 and then attended The Virginia School of Massage in July 2004 in which she graduated in May 2005. She then opened her own massage practice in Monterey. Nicole practices Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Massage. Nicole has over 200 continuing education hours and practices also in Neuromuscluar Therapy, Clinical Massage, Massage for the ederly and ill, spa reflexology and Thai Massage.  We will be adding Ashiatsu very soon! 
 

Our other therapist, Beth Stewart, moved here from Hurricane WV. She offers a variety of massage modalities, and the Bellanina facial. Contact us to schedule your massage with Beth.
